what are you supposed to feel, when someone breaks your heart??? how can it not be hard, when you don't know what they're feeling when you feel like it's the end of the world? how do you not suffer from the rejection, how do you pretend like you don't care? how do you just stand there and watch them walk away? never knowing. i used to take comfort that there was always gonna the that person right beside me, helping me up when i fall, but now i don't know what to think anymore. the future is a blur, and my past is agony. it's just all too much. when everybody else has got a reason, i feel like giving up. i feel as if the world has no hope left for me.

currently listening to: i'd rather be in love by michelle branchtomorrow is friday, last day of school of the first week. wow i can't believe it's only the fourth day, it seemed like so long!! i've learned so much. even for the first week :)
oohhgod i am so sore!! and i have no idea why. today we did a cross country practice, we were supposed to swim also, but almost all the people didn't bring their swim suits so we didn't swim :( we ran 1.5 km uphill in rocky mountain paths, without a proper paved route in the burning sun. and there was no wind at all. it was so hot!! at least i had my water bottle with me. hahaha me kazia and rianne practically walked half of the way. the bad thing was that we were timed, and none of the other classes were timed!! argh.
and yesterday i did a two hour swim training at night, i hate late trainings :( and we practically did like 1000+ of brst stroke drills, i suck at brst.
im actually getting pretty used to secondary school. its pretty awesome, but i hate the fact that i only get to spend most of my time with my study group people. thats boring. haha but oh well. i still love my friends :) and i've met some pretty awesome new kids; eliza, yasmine, joelle (well she's not really new haha). and, like every single year in primary, I LOVE ALL OF MY TEACHERS!! well i hope. ;panyways, that's it for now. cya later guys! yesterday was the first day of school. FIRST DAY OF SECONDARY!! :) it felt really good, finally after 7 years of primary, i'm finally in secondary! but it was soo confusing. all the 2 week timetables, the running up and down the stairs, the afraid of being late because that meant detention, the forgetting the things you were supposed to bring to this class, the don't know where my classroom is and etc and etc. haha.
i guess in a way secondary is a lot like primary, and also a lot different. the school campus is the same. i can't really tell what the difference is, besides the obvious, because we just started and you know, the first week is nothing. well we practically do nothing. ;) we have WAY more subjects, and WAY more freedom!! sweet. and longer recesses hahahahahahahaha!!
so today i had my first chinese lesson since i started secondary school. i have to say, so far, all of my teachers are pretty awesome :D my favorite class would be.... i'd have to say CT (computer technology) elective. i love the projects we'll be working on. that's why i chose it! i can't wait till we have P.E on thursday, i wonder what it'll be like. and i'm so glad i have a teacher that i know, MS FARRELL!! she's so awesome :)
I LOVE SECONDARY!! haahaha.

here are just some of the pics i edited, hope you like them! i love editing pics, it's one of my favorite hobbies and i'm proud to say i'm pretty good at it!!
to edit my pics i use PICNIK!!!! i love picnik :) sometimes i use effects, if i want to bring out a certain part of the picture that goes well with the text; for example if i wanted to bring out the face of a person, i could do focal black and white or focal pixelate or focal zoom. normally, my favorite effect is pixelate, or cross process.
for the text, quotes are what i usually use, and song lyrics occasionally. sometimes i even make it up myself. i feel that the words give the picture a different meaning, and the you can actually picture the quote if you can relate to it. that's why i love quotes so much~

typhoon disaster
TYPHOON 8 AGAIN TODAY hahahahahahahahahaha. for some reason i find that really funny. today was supposed to be our year 7 orientation day, so i'm half glad and half angry that there's typhoon 8!! i woke up at 5:45 am cuz the window was bothering me, kept making these noises cuz of the wind :S i had to walk to the bathroom to shut it tightly, then when i went back to bed i COULDN'T FALL ASLEEP AGAIN. which sucks.
the other thing that mad me sad/angry was that i couldn't see my friends. and the other reason i was sad because i couldn't see my friends was because my friends were supposed to bring some stuff that i really needed!!! like allissa, she was supposed to give me my BREAKING DAWN BOOK. i ordered it on amazon and she was supposed to give it to me ;p and sherise, she's got all our sticky pics!! aiyaa. i hate waiting.
so anyway, i kinda want to go to school, 1 cuz it's boring stuck here at home, and 2 cuz i wanna see my friends really badly. :)
my sister is annoying me to go to have lunch so i gotta go!

today was another one of the best days of my summer :) i FINALLY went to swim training, i can't believe i haven't trained in 2 MONTHS. aww you can't blame me, i was lazy ;p and i wanted to relax. enjoy my summer. not that there was anything to enjoy :S so anyway, i finally said yes to jamie and i went. i was really scared. i did NOT want my first swim training to be really hard. i was excited though, i don't deny that. :) when i got there, i was surprised to see some of my really good friends already there. i saw claire, jamie and brittany and natalie and i felt a whole lot better! except natalie isn't with us anymore, cuz she moved up!! congrats to her, she is sooooo fast :D as it turned out, i had nothing to worry about. the set we had today was fairly easy, even the 24 x 50 on 1'05 was easy! it was probably because it was the first day back, and the coaches knew we still needed some time to adjust. ;) surprisingly, i felt really good while i was doing the 24 x 50. a 50 on 1'05 is fairly easy, and i was pushing myself a little bit, and i'm proud that i made an 8 second every single time :) and then in the changing room, me natalie claire jamie and brittany had a good laugh at these really random stuff that we thought of. 'just a crazy time to bond', i call it XD my stomach felt sick from laughing, i guess it's just the influence from claire!! HAHA. just kidding i still love you claire ;) i had a lot of fun. and that made my day so much happier :)

i've realized a few things.
one: i'll be fine no matter what happens.
two: i am strong enough to get over anything that happens no matter how much hurt i have to go through before i get over it.
three: even if i don't get over it, i am still strong enough to live life like it was meant to happen. keeping a smile on my face every single day :)
four: i know for certain my best friends will be there for me until the end. without a doubt.
and i know that i can keep going. whatever happens. even if i have little breakdowns now and then ;) that's life. and i'm livin it the best i can.

sorry for not posting yesterday my loves :( i didn't have time so i just saved it as a draft. but i think you guys should know what i did yesterday :) enjoy and ill give you an update later on.

TODAY, however, was a
different day. i woke up at 7:30 am because we had our annual dental checkup, its sponsered by the government and its free so we HAVE to go every single year. no choice :S
thankfully, like every other time we have our annual dental checkup, MY checkup was really short. the relieving part was that i didn't have any cavities (however you spell that) again. HAHA but my sister always does :P when i was done, i saw my friend jacqueline also coming for a dental checkup. :) i'm so glad most of my friends are almost back.
then we went to cityplaza to for our annual back-to-school shopping trip XD and when we came back home for lunch, it was already 1 pm. overall, my morning was boring. but at least we got most of the things done and over with.

today was the most boring day of the whole week. there was a huge typhoon yesterday night and today morning and HELL YEA it freaked me out so bad. we couldn't go out the whole day, until in the late afternoon the rain stopped temporary and the wind became smaller when we went running :S and worse, none of my friends were online. so i spent half of my afternoon talking to my best friend, who is all the way in america :) she's one crazy little girl, but that's why i love her. she always makes me feel better in the weirdest ways!! then i went running, boy that was tiring. i felt sick all over. ugh. anyways, 19 MORE DAYS TILL SCHOOL STARTS!! yay. :)

its just me & my crazy buddies :)
after a very long month or two, i finally got to see two of my bffs!! we went out to take sticky pics and then went to HMV to check out some cd's & dvd's.
i found out that in central HMV there was already the digital access that i saw in elements!! & that is so awesome. cuz you don't always want all the songs in the cd that you buy right? so this let's you chose the songs you want and burn them into one disc, and you can be sure it's all the songs you REALLY want. :) isn't that so cool?
i've never taken sticky pics before in hong kong so this was my first time i tried it with my friends. and no surprise, I LOVED IT! there was so many different kinds, and i love making weird poses :) the editing was fun too.
it was sooooooooooooooooo great to see my friends again, i'd forgotten how crazy they are. especially jazzy ;) SHH. don't tell!! hahahaha.
it was so funny 'cuz jazzy didn't eat lunch and she was soo hungry. so we went to starbucks to buy a muffin for her and on the taxi she got her fingers all chocolate-y :D

i was really sad when i had to go but i couldn't wait to see them all again when we start school or even before that! ahh how i miss my crazy buddies :) this was one of the best short days in my miserable summer holiday and i loved it.

today wasn't any different from yesterday. :S nothing to say cuz nothing interesting happened!! argh. i never knew i would say this, but i am really looking forward to school. especially cuz i'm in secondary now!! OMG BREAKING DAWN IS OUTTT!!! i wonder if it's already out in hong kong too.... maybe i should go to stanley to check it out.. I CAN'T WAIT!!! :D
in the morning we watched narnia 2 (prince caspian). unfortunately i have to say that i don't really like the movie.. it just doesn't really give me the captivating sense a movie should give you. even at the battle parts!
i can't wait till monday, cuz i'll finally see sherise and jazzy!! gawd i miss them like hell! and the best part is that we might even go to take sticky pics :) i love sticky pics. they're awesome! heheh.

omg guys i totally forgot! it IS august 1st!! pinch-punch-first-day-of-the-month :) so far i've only done that to my sister and my mom, since i haven't seen anyone else today. :(
wow.
i cannot believe it's already august. and in 24 more days, we're officially starting school again! time flies when you notice it, time flies when you don't notice it too! yea and i am kinda getting sick of staying at home all day doing nothing but homework and going online knowing that there's gonna be no one to talk to you.
well i'm sorta glad summer's almost over too, so that i can finally see some familiar faces again!! :)

i am, like a million other people around the world, a huuuuuuge twilight fan :) i've read new moon and eclipse about 3 times already cuz twilight was sold out at the time i bought new moon and eclips :P and i never get tired of reading twilight!! so its quite obvious i'm a huge fan; twilight is my favorite and I CAN'T WAIT TILL THE MOVIE IS FINISHED!!
the twilight saga is just my kind of book; exciting, touching, and just a little bit scary ;) i love it because it's the best kind of "modern" love story and the story is really intruiging even if it's the 3rd time you read the book. its impossible to put down one of the twilight saga books once i get into the "zone", and the story really reflects on how i feel about some things. sometimes it can even make me cry. :)
since its the summer and i have plenty of time, its really easy for me to go into one of my "book crazes", which means once i open a book, it'll be really hard for me to put it down before finishing it! haha. and i heard breaking dawn is the longest book in the twilight saga, i can sense another "book craze" comin up!! stephanie meyer is a GREAT writer, and i know her new unfinished book "midnight sun" is gonna be a huge success if she decides to publish it :D
